There’Untitled designs nothing more infectious than laughter… Laughter boosts immunity, lowers stress, reduces pain, relaxes muscles, prevents heart disease, eases anxiety, improves mood, promotes resilience, and creates levity, joy and a more positive outlook….

Since you know that positive energy creates more positive energy, and emotions are energy, you know that you can’t possibly feel negative when you are laughing. You suddenly take on a more optimistic outlook, and obstacles seem less monumental. What’s more, you pass that energy on to others.

Here are some ways you can get that laughter reflex activated and get over the blues: Go to a laughter yoga class, watch a funny movie; watch funny pet videos on YouTube; go to a comedy club or somewhere where people are having a good time; get outside in the fresh air – in the rain, sunshine or snow – and go where people are gathering.

Finally, learn to laugh at yourself. Sometimes we take life too seriously, and all the problems of the world get us down… You can’t be much good to yourself or others if you succumb to negativity. You must stay in control of your emotions to feel great – and laughter will help you do just that.
