Title: “Deconstructing the Art of Headache Medicine” it is about: how I input about 50 factors that go into treatment decisions; there is no good algorithm for headache patients; the “top ten list” for one person is much different than for the next; based on various factors such as; headache history, medicine history, side effects, medical conditions, psychological conditions, sleep, GI issues, fatigue, resilience, weight issues, family history, ER visits(what worked), refractory difficult to treat headaches, …and a # of others that go into the decisions.
