I enjoyed listening to your talk about migraines! I have daily persistence headache. I get Botox injections every three months at Vanderbilt neurology Clinic in Nashville Tennessee . I live in Louisville Kentucky so traveling for headache relief so not issue. So what do you think about treating patients long distance?
