Good morning. I suffer from chronic migraines. I am currently getting botox injections which “saved my life” as I was getting the at least five days a week. I still get break through migraines. My question is: Does Magnesium help and how many mgs should I be taking?
Magnesium can help, altho it is a mild preventive; mag oxide or, better is magnesium glycerinate: 400 to 600mg per day; it can upset the stomach, altho side effects are not very common. L.Robbins
