Sleep and Migraine in Children: An Actigraphic

Objectives: Evaluating the relationship between migraine attacks and sleep-wake cycle through actigraphic monitoring.

Conclusions: Our data showed a mutual relationship between migraine attack and alterations of sleep wake cycle, mediated by a decrease of motor activity in the night preceding the migraine attack demonstrating that the physiological system "prepared" the attack.
